Community Guidelines
Last Updated: July 18, 2026
Welcome to the FeraQuest community.
FeraQuest is more than a technology website—we are a community built around curiosity, creativity, learning, and the free exchange of ideas.
These Community Guidelines explain how we expect members to interact with one another. By participating in blog comments, community chat, forums, or other interactive features, you agree to follow these Guidelines.
Our Philosophy
FeraQuest believes that knowledge grows through open discussion.
We welcome diverse opinions, respectful disagreement, and honest debate. People will not always agree, and that is healthy.
We do not moderate content simply because it is controversial, unpopular, or challenges commonly held beliefs.
Instead, our moderation focuses on maintaining a lawful, respectful, and functional community where ideas can be exchanged freely.
As a privately operated platform owned by Grupvest (Pty) Ltd, FeraQuest reserves the right to enforce these Guidelines fairly and consistently.
Everyone Is Welcome
FeraQuest welcomes people from every background, nationality, religion, culture, political viewpoint, profession, and level of experience.
You do not need to think like everyone else to belong here.
Respect for others is expected, even during passionate disagreement.
Encourage Discussion
We encourage conversations about topics including:
- Technology
- Programming
- Cybersecurity
- Artificial Intelligence
- Gaming
- Science
- Engineering
- Philosophy
- Religion
- Politics
- History

- Education
- Personal Projects
Thoughtful discussion makes the community stronger.
Respect Other Members
Treat others as people.
Debate ideas.
Do not attack individuals.
Disagreement is acceptable.
Personal abuse is not.
Freedom of Expression
FeraQuest strongly supports the principles of free expression.
Users are free to express opinions, beliefs, criticism, humor, satire, and unpopular viewpoints.
Content will not be removed simply because moderators or other users disagree with it.
Open discussion requires tolerance for differing perspectives.

Moderation
Moderators exist to keep the community healthy—not to control opinions.
Moderation decisions are based on these published Guidelines, applicable law, and the security and stability of the platform.
Possible moderation actions include:
- Friendly reminders
- Content removal
- Temporary restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination for repeated or serious violations
Where practical, moderation actions should be proportionate to the violation.
Appeals
If you believe moderation was applied incorrectly, you may contact us to request a review.
We will make reasonable efforts to review appeals fairly and consistently.
Help Build FeraQuest
Every member contributes to the culture of this community.
Whether you are answering technical questions, writing tutorials, sharing artwork, discussing ideas, or helping newcomers, you are helping build something valuable.
We encourage curiosity.
We encourage learning.
We encourage respectful disagreement.
We encourage creativity.
Most importantly, we encourage people to think.
Thank you for helping make FeraQuest a welcoming community where technology, creativity, and open discussion come together.
